Community Facilities for Hire
Council provides 18 community centres and halls in the Hawkesbury. Some are directly managed by Council, with the remainder managed by volunteer local committees of management. The role of these Committees is to manage and promote Council's Community Centres and Halls.
Community centres vary in size and the facilities that they offer. Each centre aims to provide services and activities that appeal to a broad cross-section of the community.;
These include:
- Casual hire for functions, meetings, and conferences
- Regular hire for Clubs and other Community Groups
- Recreational activities for adults and children
- Classes and seminars for adults and children in a range of topics

Bilpin District Hall |
Surrounded by bushland Bilpin District Hall is available for hire for daytime or evening activities. The hall has a fully commercial kitchen suitable for use for functions; including commercial dishwasher, refrigerator and gas stove (with double ovens and 8 burners). |
Blaxlands Ridge |
Blaxlands Ridge Community Centre is located next to the Rural Fire Service shed on Blaxlands Ridge Road. The centre has two halls and a meeting room available for hire for function or meetings. |
Bligh Park |
The neighbourhood centre is located next to the Bligh Park Shopping Centre. The adjacent car park provides parking for 40 vehicles, with additional street parking at the front of the centre. |
Bligh Park - Tiningi Community Centre |
Tiningi Community Centre is located on the corner of Colonial Drive and Rifle Range Road, Bligh Park. |
