The Reserve is Booked Out or Has Limited Available on the Following Dates

The Reserve is booked out Saturday 6 October 2012 for a major horse event. Horses and their owners will be arriving from the early hours on 6 October so we suggest campers not book for camping on Friday 5 October 2012.

Please note the October long weekend is 29/30 September and Monday 1 October 2012.

Booking & Payment Method

A person must complete either of the 2 forms below, along with credit card details and forward it by email to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au or fax 02 4587 7740.

1. Upper Colo Reserve Camping Individual/Group under 24 Application Form or
    
2. Upper Colo Reserve Camping Group over 25 Application Form, 

Please note – the Family rate is 2 Adults and up to 2 children.  Additional adults and children are an additional fee.

Cash Payments – Customer Service Counter – 366 George Street, Windsor. NSW. Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm excluding Public Holidays.

Payments By Credit Cards – Complete Application Form – tick Credit Card payment box and a Customer Service Officer will contact you to confirm your booking and receipt your payment.

All bookings will not be finalised until payment is received by Council and a confirmation/approval letter/email (Permit) is received by Council.

Bookings will only be taken via phone on the day of camping before 12pm or on a Friday before 12pm for weekend bookings.

If a booking is not made through the Customer Service Officers with a completed Application Form in advance of the booking the following fees will apply at the Reserve:

• Adults (13yrs and older ) $10 per night
• Children ( 5-12yrs) $6 per night

These fees will be required to be paid on arrival with the Ranger at Upper Colo Reserve.

Note – Also check the top of this page for information on fully booked dates. There is no guarantee if you arrive at the Reserve without prior booking and payment, that you will be able to camp.
