Sydney District Planning Panels
Sydney District Planning Panels have been set up to determine a range of developments, including all developments with a value of more than $30 million and some specific categories of development over $5 million.
The Sydney District Planning Panels are panels of members appointed by State Government and Local Council. The Panels have been established to provide independent, merit-based decision-making and advice to the Minister on regionally significant development proposals. Hawkesbury City Council is a member of the Sydney Western City Panel.
