Planning Proposals and Draft Local Environmental Plans

The process for creating a new Local Environmental Plan or amending an existing Local Environmental Plan is governed by the Department of Planning.  This process is known as the Gateway Process.

Planning Proposals/draft Local Environmental Plans are publicly exhbited in accordance with the community consultation requirements specified in Gateway determinations. Currently, there are no Planning Proposals/draft Local Environmental Plans on exhibition.
