Road Naming Proposal - Naming of a proposed road at Kurrajong Hills within proposed subdivision of Lot 1 DP 543262 and Lot 4 DP 1064408, No.'s 150 and 274B Hermitage Road, Kurrajong Hills

Notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council in accordance with the Roads Act 1993 and by resolution dated 28 February 2012, that public comment be sought in relation to the naming of a new public road in connection with the proposed subdivision of Lot 1 DP 543262 and Lot 4 DP 1064408, No.''s 150 and 274B Hermitage Road, Kurrajong Hills as “Peartree Hill Road”.

The community is invited to provide comment on the proposed road name via written submissions sent to Council by any of the methods listed below by close of business, Monday 23 April 2012.

Please address all submissions in writing to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council, Titled -"Future Road Name Peartree Hill Road, KURRAJONG HILLS".

Please be advised that comments on the proposal may contain information that is personal information, such as information that identifies you, etc, for the purposes of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act.

The purpose of collecting this information is to assist Council in obtaining the views of the community regarding this matter. The information may also be made available to third parties in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The submission of personal information with your comments is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of such comments. The information will ultimately be stored in Council''s records system.
