Proposed 21 year licence with North West Disability Services Inc. for use of a portion of Pound Paddock, Bourke St, Richmond

Hawkesbury City Council is intending to grant a 21 year licence to North West Disability Services Inc. for a portion of Pound Paddock as outlined in the below diagram.

North West Disability Services is intending to use the land for the purpose of constructing and operating a (non-residential) Disability Services Centre.

Written submissions in relation to the proposal should be addressed to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council and titled 'Submission – Proposal to enter into a licence agreement with NWDS for use of a portion of Pound Paddock, Richmond'. Submissions will be received until close-of-business on Friday, 3 May 2013. Submissions can be lodged by:

Tenders

Tender No. 00925 - Tender for the Maintenance of Gravel Roads and Associated Works

Tenders are invited for the maintenance of gravel roads and associated works at St Albans and surrounding districts for a 2 year period commencing 1 July 2013, and will be received up to 10.00am on Thursday 18 April 2013.

Tender documents are available for free at WSROC or at Council’s Administration office at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday 26 March 2013 for a non-refundable fee of $80.00 (GST Incl.).

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
