Notice is hereby given that an application has been lodged with Council, by the Minister for Emergency Services, under Section 153 of the Roads Act 1993, for the leasing of land comprising of a section of unformed public road. Written submissions are now invited and shall be received for a period of 28 days from the date of this advertisement. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council. Tenders

Tender No. 00937 - TENDER FOR MEMORIAL PARK, KURRAJONG - Landscape Works

Tenders are invited for Landscape Construction Works and will be received up to 5.00pm on Monday 13 January 2014.

Council is seeking suitably experienced and qualified contractors to undertake Major Landscape Works in Memorial Park, Kurrajong. Memorial Park, Kurrajong is situated on Old Bells Line of Road Kurrajong and is considered the central park for this township.

Tender documents are avilable at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Stree, Windsor from Tuesday 10 December 2013 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl GST) or avilable free at WSROC e-tendering website at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillor will automaticall disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
