DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

317 Windsor Road VINEYARD NSW 2765 - Lot D DP 403787 Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for - Landfill - Recreation area for existing Motel at the above property. The applicant is Stephanous Gosis, John Steve Gosis, Helen Nessis. Hawkesbury City Council is the consent authority.

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period 13/08/2015 to 27/08/2015. All plans and details may be inspected between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council''s Administration Office, 366 George Street, Windsor.

During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development application, quoting reference DA0459/15. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Should you lodge a submission, your views will be taken into account as part of our assessment and a reply will be forwarded to you when the application is determined.

INTERGRATED DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

96 and 322 Grose Vale Road NORTH RICHMOND NSW 2754 (Lot 26 DP 1042890 & Lot 74 DP 1187236) Hawkesbury City Council has received an integrated development application for a Torrens title subdivision comprising of 59 additional residential allotments at the above property. The applicant is North Richmond Joint Venture Pty Ltd. The Sydney West Joint Regional Planning Panel is the consent authority for this application.

The proposed development is defined as integrated development under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 because an approval under the Water Management Act 2000 and Heritage Act 1977 is required. The approval bodies for these referral is the Office of Water and NSW Heritage Council.

POSITIONS VACANT

Spatial Information Officer - IS046DM

Salary neg $62K pa depending upon qualifications and experience

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced professional to join Council's Spatial Information Team.

Working within a team environment and reporting to the Spatial Information Co-ordinator the role of the Spatial Information Officer is to maintain, regularly update and improve the overall integrity of Councils Spatial Information and Property Information Systems and to provide assistance in the development of the Spatial Information system.

Applicants must have a Diploma Spatial Information Services or equivalent together with demonstrated experience in Spatial Information operations and maintenance. Sound interpersonal and communication skills, previous experience in the use of mainstream Spatial Information software packages, preferably ESRI suite of products, is also essential.

Excellent working conditions apply including a nine-day fortnight working agreement.
