TENDER FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF CONCRETE BRIDGE ON STANNIX PARK ROAD, WILBERFORCE

Tender No. 00956

Tenders are invited for the construction of a concrete bridge on Stannix Park Road at Wilberforce and will be received up to 3pm on Wednesday, 4 March 2015.

It is proposed to construct a 15.7m length single span prestressed concrete bridge over Currency Creek to replace the existing timber bridge. The scope of work comprises the supply of all materials, plant, equipment, labour and the carrying out of all activities necessary for the construction of this bridge.

Tender documents are available for free at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or at Council's Administration office at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday, 10 February 2015 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST).

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Please note that there is a compulsory pre-tender meeting to be held at 10am on Wednesday, 18 February 2015 at the jobsite which is located at Stannix Park Road at approximately 2.8km east of Putty Road (MR503).

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.

DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

Lot 6 DP 792127, 4 Cunneen Street MULGRAVE NSW 2756 Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for - Crematorium - Pets at the above property. The applicant is Urban City Consulting Pty Limited. Hawkesbury City Council is the consent authority.

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period 12/02/2015 to 26/02/2015. All plans and details may be inspected between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council's Administration Office, 366 George Street, Windsor.

During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development application, quoting reference DA0804/14. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Should you lodge a submission, your views will be taken into account as part of our assessment and a reply will be forwarded to you when the application is determined.

Please note that confidentiality is not available to objectors. The details of any submissions may be included in a Council report or forwarded to the applicant where it may help to resolve design or operational problems.  Do you have Accounts Payable experience?

We currently have a full time position for an Accounts Payable Supervisor. This position provides the opportunity to manage the Accounts Payable Team and accounts payable processes.

The successful applicant must have a tertiary qualification in accounting, experience in using financial systems, accounts payable experience, experience in managing a team and excellent customer service skills.

Commencing Salary: Grade 13 Entry, $1,161.82 gross per 35 hour week, plus 9.5% Superannuation and the opportunity to progress through Council's Salary System. Excellent working conditions apply including participation in a nine day fortnight working arrangement.
