Are you organising an Australia Day Event?

Community organisations planning events for Australia Day are invited to be a part of an Australia Day Calendar of Events for the Hawkesbury.

The Calendar of Events will be promoted through Council’s media channels and will appear on Council’s website.

Australia Day is more than just a public holiday, it is a celebration that inspires the nation and brings Australians together at events run by local community organisations.

To submit details about your event for the Australia Day Calendar visit www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au and complete the registration form. Forms must be submitted by 5pm Thursday, 15 January 2015 to be included.

This is a great opportunity for you to develop a broad range of IT skills, while completing an accredited Certificate IV Information Technology qualification which will help to set up your career for future success.
So if you are a bright, enthusiastic person looking to develop a career in Local Government or Information Technology this role will suit you.
To be considered for this position, ideally you would have completed your HSC and/or IT/computing related subjects. It is also essential that you do not already possess a Certificate III or higher-level qualification.
Commencing Salary: will range from $377.80 to $585.80 per week, dependant upon age and level of school qualification.
