Mowing and Maintenance of Parks and Reserves - Tender No. 00980

Tenders are invited for the mowing and maintenance of parks and reserves and will be received up to 3pm on Thursday, 7 July 2016.

This tender is a schedule of rates contract for the mowing and maintenance of parks and reserves under Hawkesbury City Council's care and control in outlying areas of the Local Government Area.

The work included under this Contract comprises the supply of all materials, plant and labour necessary for the complete execution of all works required at each specified location.

Tender documents are available from Tuesday, 14 June 2016 free at WSROC e-tendering website or from Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST).

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Please note there is a compulsory briefing session on Monday, 27 June 2016 from 10am to 12pm at the Windsor Library, Deerubbin Centre (Tebbutt Room), 300 George Street, Windsor.

Maintenance of Gravel Roads and Associated Works - Tender No. 00984

Tenders are invited for the maintenance of gravel roads and associated works and will be received up to 3pm on Thursday, 14 July 2016.

Works involve the supply of all plant and labour required for the maintenance grading on gravel roads and other associated works for the St. Albans area and surrounding districts.

Hawkesbury City Council - Pesticides Amendment (Notification) Regulation 2005

In accordance with the requirements of the Pesticides Amendment (Notification) Regulation 2005, Hawkesbury City Council has reviewed its Pesticides Notification Plan which was placed on exhibition for 28 days and adopted by Council on Tuesday, 10 May 2016.

The Plan which covers the Hawkesbury Local Government area can be viewed, free of charge at Council Offices, 366 George Street, Windsor during business hours or on Councils web site.

Representations can be made in writing to the Acting General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor NSW 2756.

Construction of a New Fire Shed for Tennyson Rural Fire Service - Tender No. 00985

Tenders are invited for the construction of a new Fire Shed for Tennyson Rural Fire Service and will be received up to 3pm on Friday, 22 July 2016.

Works are to include all aspects of the construction of a new three bay fire shed with attached office and training room facilities to Rural Fire Service standard specifications.

Sale of used Bridal/Formal Dresses and Suits/Trousers/Shirts and other miscellaneous items

Quotations are invited for over 1,000 second-hand, used, ex-lease or demo formal hire clothing items; Bridal & Formal Dresses, Flower Girl Dresses, Men’s and Boy’s suits, and associated accessories.

The goods will only be awarded on a lump sum fixed price basis for the total quantity.

A compulsory site inspection will be held on 28 June 2016 at 10am to 11am.

Quotation documents shall be available for free at the compulsory site inspection, and submissions will be received up to 4pm on 12 July 2016.
