Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for - Landfill and Earthworks - Vegetation Removal, Filling of Rear Portion of Site and Demolition of Existing Outbuilding at the above property. The applicant is Van Delkou. Hawkesbury City Council is the consent authority.

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period 03/08/2017 to 17/08/2017. All plans and details may be inspected between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council’s Administration Office, 366 George Street, Windsor.

During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development application, quoting reference DA0424/17. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Should you lodge a submission, your views will be taken into account as part of our assessment and a reply will be forwarded to you when the application is determined.

Please note that confidentiality is not available to objectors. The details of any submissions may be included in a Council report or forwarded to the applicant where it may help to resolve design or operational problems. Information (including copies of submissions) may also be released in accordance with Council Policy for Access to Information.

Under Section 147(5) of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act, any person who makes a submission to Council is required to disclose any political donation or gift. Integrated Development Proposal

86 Arthur Phillip Drive NORTH RICHMOND NSW 2754 (Lot 100 DP 1199664)

Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for a Torrens title subdivision to create 57 lots within Redbank at 86 Arthur Phillip Drive, North Richmond. The allotments are to be located within the Ploughmans and Belmont East Precincts of the Redbank estate.

The applicant for the application is APP Corporation whilst Hawkesbury City Council is the consent authority.

The proposed development is defined as ‘integrated development’ under Section 91 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 because approvals under the Heritage Act 1977, Rural Fires Act 1997 and Water Management Act 2000 are required. The approval bodies under these Acts are the Office of Environment and Heritage (Heritage Branch), Rural Fire Service and the Department of Primary Industries – Water.

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period between 3 August and 4 September 2017. All plans and details may be inspected between 8:30am and 5pm Monday to Friday at Council’s Administration Office – 366 George Street, Windsor.

Building Services Controls Officer - IS079BS

Salary negotiable from $72K + Super

As part of the Building Services team you will be required to carry out building controls services, security, network and electrical/mechanical project and maintenance work to an acceptable standard within budgetary and time constraints and ensure Council infrastructure is kept to a safe and reliable standard.

Energetic and team orientated, you must have an Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate; Austell/Masters Cables, Open Cabling Licence or a Diploma in Computer Systems and/or Electronics and Communications as well as a Class C Drivers Licence and a WorkCover WHS General Induction for Construction Work in NSW.

Other requirements include experience in electrical services, building computer networks and mechanical service works and in design and configuration of building controls systems.

Intermediate Plant Operator – Parks - IS023PR

We are looking for an experienced Plant Operator to join our Parks & Gardens Branch.

Working as part of a small team your duties will include, but not limited to tree work, mowing, brush cutting, construction and maintenance activities such as installing bollards, irrigation work and path paving. You must have an MR Licence; a WH&S General Induction Certification; good interpersonal/teamwork skills to promote a positive public image.

Applicants with previous work experience in the tree industry will be highly regarded.

Salary:- Grade 6 with a commencing rate of pay of $933.56 gross per 38 hour week plus an Industry Allowance of $15.58 per week, superannuation and the opportunity to progress through Council's Salary System.

Excellent working conditions apply including participation in a nine-day fortnight working agreement.
