Community Surveys

Every 2 years Council conducts a community satisfaction survey. This biennial survey assists council to make improvements to around 50 services and facilities that Council provides to its residents, businesses and visitors.

The survey ranks levels of importance and satisfaction for 50 services and facilities of council. The survey also compares the results to the Hawkesbury Community Survey 2007.

Community Survey 2007

The Hawkesbury Community Survey 2007 is a random house-hold survey of Hawkesbury residents reflecting the areas demographic profile and characteristics.

The survey measures levels of satisfaction with Council's services and facilities and identifies priority areas and needs for the future of the Hawkesbury.  The Survey has provided valuable strategic information that has informed the development of Council's Community Strategic Plan 2010 - 2030.
