Community Development Expenditure Scheme

The Community Development and Support Expenditure Scheme (CDSE)  is a shared arrangement between registered clubs with gaming machine revenue over $1 million per annum which provides funds for local community service needs and priorities. The scheme is funded by a 1.5% gaming machine tax rebate provided by the State government. A Local Committee has been convened in the Hawkesbury Council area to make funding recommendations to local CDSE clubs.
