Before ringing a plumber, it is best to contact Council first through our 24hr, seven day a week service so that we can identify whether the problem is with the sewer system or is related to your property. This may save you the expense of calling out a service person.

Council's Wastewater Operations Staff at the Administration Centre, George Street, Windsor, can help you with problems you may have with your sewer. If sewer related problems occur outside of normal working hours please call 4560 4444 and follow the prompts for assistance. Your call will be transferred to an officer on duty.
Windsor Wharf Sewer Pump out Facility
Hawkesbury City Council provides a sewer pump out facility at Windsor Wharf for recreational boats. Refer to location plan below. This service is available from 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays. A key deposit of $100 (refundable upon key return) is required to access this service and payable at Council’s Administrative Building at 366 George Street, Windsor. Note: The pump out point is installed with a 50mm male Kamlock fitting. Boat users wishing to use the facility are required to have a pump and a hose installed with 50mm female fitting to enable connection and pumping of sewer to the pump out facility.
