Community Halls
Council provides 18 community centres and halls in the Hawkesbury. Some are directly managed by Council, with the remainder managed by volunteer local committees of management. The role of these Committees is to manage and promote Council's Community Centres and Halls.
Community centres vary in size and the facilities that they offer. Each centre aims to provide services and activities that appeal to a broad cross-section of the community.
These include:
- Casual hire for functions, meetings, and conferences
- Regular hire for Clubs and other Community Groups
- Recreational activities for adults and children
- Classes and seminars for adults and children in a range of topics

Maraylya Hall
Maraylya Hall is located in Maraylya Park on Boundary Road, Maraylya

McGraths Hill Community Centre
McGraths Hill Community Centre is located behind the shopping centre in McGraths Hill.

North Richmond Community Centre
Surrounded by parkland North Richmond Community Centre has three halls available for hire for functions and community meetings.

Richmond - The Band Room
The Band Room is on the corner of West Market and March Sts. Richmond, behind Richmond Branch Library.

Richmond Community Centre
Conveniently located in the heart of the Richmond Shopping area Hall 1 at Richmond Community Centre caters for 50-60 people and has a kitchen with a dishwasher, sink, urn, commercial oven & hotplates, a fridge and loads of bench space.

Richmond Community Centre Hall 3 The Annex
Community hall for hire for functions, activities and meetings and is located behind the CWA hall in West Market Street, Richmond, beside Richmond Park

South Windsor Family Centre
The Centre is wheelchair accessible and has free multi-space off street parking. There is a large community hall and meeting room with adjoining kitchen area.

St Albans School of Arts
Nestled in a delightful setting, with views of the beautiful Macdonald River from the forecourt, the St Albans School of Arts Hall is a journey to Australia’s past.

Wilberforce School of Arts
Wilberforce School of Arts was officially opened in 1930 and is located on Wilberforce Road, just near the intersection with King Road.

Yarramundi Community Centre
The building is surrounded by parkland and has an 18 place car park (including a disabled spot) at the front.
