Bookings and Payment
Camping bookings can now be made via our online booking system. Credit Card payment will be required at the time of making your booking.
Alternatively you may complete an Upper Colo Reserve Camping Application Form and forward it by email to email@example.com or fax to (02) 4587 7740. This form is an excel spreadsheet. If you have any enquiries please call Customer Service on (02) 4560 4444 between 8.30am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
All bookings will not be finalised until payment is received by Council. You will receive a confirmation email (permit) on completion of your booking.
Bookings can be made in person up to 12 noon on a Friday for weekend camping at Council’s Customer Service Desk. Unfortunately Council does not maintain a waiting list for dates that are already fully booked.

Payments By Credit Cards
Complete Application Form and tick Credit Card payment box. A Customer Service Officer will contact you to confirm your booking and receipt your payment.
