Hawkesbury City Council is hosting 5 free webinars to support businesses in the local area. From getting COVID safe to getting your sales online – these quick and helpful sessions provide a range of topics designed to help you upskill fast.
The program is designed to provide you with a choice of topics starting with Session 1 - an inspirational session sharing some of the great marketing and product initiatives that have emerged over the last 6 months in response to rapidly changing marketing conditions.
Session 2 will focus on how to understand your customer, how COVID may have changed them and what you can do to ensure your product and services meet their needs.
Already online or using social media but not getting much action? In Session 3 you will learn simple tools to get the most out of your online investment.
Session 4 will talk safety, sustainability and adaptability – it will share advice and ideas about how to build a solid foundation for your business that can withstand external impacts.
