Tenders are invited for Rehabilitation of Failed Pavement Section at Riverview Street, North Richmond from Pitt Lane to Grose Vale Road will be received up to 3pm on 24 October 2024.

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced specialist organizations or individuals to undertake Rehabilitation of Failed Pavement Section at Riverview Street, North Richmond.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 24 September 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 2 October 2024 at 10.00am - meeting point at Carpark Riverview Pitt Lane Intersection North Richmond.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
