Flood Waste Collection Form

Bookings for flood waste collection close 31 October 2022

To be eligible for free Flood Waste Collection, you will need to be a Hawkesbury resident whose residential property or business has been impacted by the rising flood waters. Residents or businesses whose properties were impacted by stormwater are not eligible for flood waste collection and will need to contact their insurance company for assistance.

If you are an eligible resident or business, please fill out the online form below. If you have difficulty in completing this form, please call our Customer Service Centre on (02) 4560 4444 during business hours.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our staff, and you will receive an email to advise your eligibility and collection details.

Important note:

The Commonwealth and NSW Governments are jointly providing a clean-up program for eligible flood-affected private landowners and tenants. This program is being managed by the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).

You can request help with clean-up of flood debris if you were impacted by the floods in:

  • March 2021
  • February and March 2022
  • July 2022.

You can complete the form for yourself or on behalf of someone else.

Property owners will need to submit a separate request for each property.

Note: you cannot request support under this program for flood-damaged property or contents that were not moved by the flood event.
