Important note:

Property owners with large or hazardous flood debris can make a request for support through the Service NSW website here.

The State Government has appointed MRA Consulting Group (MRA) to manage this program. MRA will assess private land clean-up requests submitted via the Service NSW website. Those requesting support will be able to contact MRA if they have any questions at floodwaste@mraconsulting.com.au.

The collection of green waste left over by the flood is not covered by an EPA-managed program.

Information on what clean ups are eligible is included in the revised program guidelines available here.
