To be eligible for free Flood Waste Collection, you will need to be a Hawkesbury resident whose residential property or business has been impacted by the rising flood waters. Residents or businesses whose properties were impacted by stormwater are not eligible for flood waste collection and will need to contact their insurance company for assistance.

Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our staff, and you will receive an email to advise your eligibility and collection details.
This information will be stored securely in Council’s Records Management System, and will be used in accordance with the requirements of the NSW Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998. In order to request access to or modify this information, contact our Customer Service Team on (02) 4560 4444.
Make sure you accurately enter the security key. Keys are case-sensitive.
Property owners with large or hazardous flood debris can make a request for support through the Service NSW website here.
The State Government has appointed MRA Consulting Group (MRA) to manage this program. MRA will assess private land clean-up requests submitted via the Service NSW website. Those requesting support will be able to contact MRA if they have any questions at email@example.com.
The collection of green waste left over by the flood is not covered by an EPA-managed program.
