2020 Natural Disasters – Payment Arrangement Application

Application for assistance with payment of Rates, Charges and Other Fees.

This form is to be completed by ratepayers seeking assistance with payment of Council Rates, Charges, and other Fees due to financial hardship caused by the 2020 Bush fires and Floods.

Eligible applicants will be able to enter into a payment arrangement to pay outstanding amounts over a period of time. Interest penalties will not be charged during period of the arrangement, providing the arrangement is adhered to.  Arrangements will be subject to review after a six month period.

Each applicant will be contacted to discuss assistance options applicable to their specific situation.
