Parks reopen – COVID-19 update – 15 May

As of Friday, 15 May 2020, based on the NSW Government's guidelines, the following public spaces and facilities are now open:

  • playground equipment
  • outdoor exercise equipment
  • parks
  • skate parks
  • BBQ facilities and seating.

Please consider others in our community when using these spaces and limit your time so everyone can enjoy using the equipment. To report a breach of COVID-19 regulations, please contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 or www.nsw.crimestoppers.com.au

Council’s Parks staff will be installing signage at these locations over the coming days, for now please observe the following:

  • outdoor gatherings of up to 10 people
  • practice social distancing, with a distance of 1.5 metres between yourself and others
  • stay at home if you are sick and don’t expose others to illness.
