Expressions of Interest
Expression of Interest – Squad Coaching for Richmond Pool
Expressions of Interest are sought for the provision of squad coaching to the public for Richmond Swimming Centre’s summer season.
Coaching would need to be offered by suitably qualified person/s for members of the public on weekday afternoons with the potential for bookings on weekday and Saturday mornings. Lane hire for prospective coaches and entry fees for swimmers apply. Lane space is on offer from November 2010 until April 2011. Expressions of Interest will be accepted until close of business Thursday 14 October 2010 and should be addressed to Sean Perry, Parks and Recreation, PO Box 146, Windsor 2756. Council Notices - Draft Residential Land Strategy
Draft Residential Land Strategy
Council has prepared a Draft Residential Land Strategy that proposes a planning framework for residential precincts (urban, semi urban/rural village and rural residential) to provide for a range of housing types and locations to satisfy demographic demands within the Hawkesbury region to at least the year 2031. The Draft Strategy also proposes sustainability criteria for residential development. Council at its meeting of 28 September 2010 resolved to place the Draft Residential Land Strategy on public exhibition.
You are invited to inspect the draft Residential Land Strategy at Council Offices and libraries from Thursday 7 October - 4 November 2010. Council offices are open between 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday. The Draft Residential Land Strategy document is also available via the link for download.
If you wish to make a written submission, please ensure that Council receives your submission by 5 November 2010. Please note that upon request Council may release submissions received in accordance with an Informal Access Request to Council under the Government Information (Public Access Act 2009).
