Roads Act 1993
Road Naming Proposal - Un-named Road at Grose Wold, within proposed Subdivision of Lot 2 DP 1118655 and Lot 3 DP 87137, No.41 Avoca Road, Grose Wold
Notice is given that Hawkesbury City Council in accordance with the Roads Act 1993 and by resolution dated 8 March 2011, that public comment be sought in relation to the naming of a new public road in connection with the proposed subdivision of Lot 2 DP 1118655 and Lot 3 DP 87137, No.41 Avoca Road Grose Wold as "Oakford Place".
The community is invited to provide comment on the proposed road name via written submissions sent to Council by any of the methods listed below by close of business, Friday, 22 April 2011.

Please address all submissions in writing to the General Manager, Hawkesbury City Council, Titled -"Future Road Name Oakford Place, GROSE WOLD".
Please be advised that comments on the proposal may contain information that is personal information, such as information that identifies you, etc, for the purposes of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act.
The purpose of collecting this information is to assist Council in obtaining the views of the community regarding this matter. The information may also be made available to third parties in accordance with the relevant legislation.
The submission of personal information with your comments is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of such comments. The information will ultimately be stored in Council's records system.
