Governor Phillip Reserve and Boat Ramp

Notice is given that Governor Phillip Reserve and boat ramp will be closed to the general public on Saturday 14 September and Sunday 15 September 2013, as exclusive use has been granted to Upper Hawkesbury Power Boat Club for the Windsor Spectacular Boat Race.

Proposed Adoption of amended 'Policy regarding Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities to Councillors' - JR 0554

Under the Local Government Act, Council is required to review and adopt its Policy for the Payment of Expenses and Provision of Facilities to Councillors each year. Section 253 of the Act also requires that public notice of the proposed amendment of the Policy be given.

The proposed amended Policy is now on public exhibition and may be viewed at Council's offices during normal business hours until Thursday, 10 October 2013. Copies may also be obtained from Council's website or by contacting the Manager Corporate Services and Governance on 4560 4426 or council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au.

Submissions on the proposed amended Policy are invited and will be received by Council until 5:00pm on Thursday, 10 October 2013. Submissions should be addressed to the General Manager and can be mailed to PO Box 146, Windsor NSW 2756, or emailed to council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au.

Any comments about this proposal may contain information that is personal, such as information that identifies you, etc., for the purposes of the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act, 1998.

The purpose of collecting this information is to assist Council in obtaining the views of the residents. The information may also be made available to third parties in accordance with the relevant legislation.

The submission of personal information with your comments is voluntary but, if not provided, may affect consideration of such comments. The information will ultimately be stored in Council's records system.

Tender No. 00931 - Tender for Low Pressure sewer connections various sites - Wilberforce

Tenders are invited for Low Pressure Sewer Connections for various sites in Wilberforce and will be received up to 11am on Thursday, 3 October 2013.

All associated work to comply with Sydney Water requirements to connect seven sites to the low pressure sewer system in Wilberforce.

Tender documents are available for free at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/ or at Council’s Administration office at 366 George Street, Windsor from 10 September 2013 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST).

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

Please note that there is a Compulsory Pre-Tender meeting, including Site Inspection, to be held on Tuesday, 24 September 2013.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
