In accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act, 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a lease in respect of Road Reserve as follows:

Property: (Part) Road Reserve adjoin 43 March Street, Richmond

Lease Term: Two Years with a further three year option period

Permitted Use: Ancillary uses associated with a Fire Station, permissible under the Roads Act, 1993

Lessee: The Minister for Police and Emergency Services (Fire and Rescue NSW)

Written submissions relating to this proposal may be made to Council by 5pm on 20 June 2019. Submissions should be addressed to Hawkesbury City Council, PO Box 146, Windsor.
