The View From Here is We Are Studios' second group exhibition, showcasing intimate works from 17 Western Sydney based artists with disability.

Through Elevate, a 16 week professional development program, 9 emerging artists collaboratively identified and explored the theme of liminality within peer-led workshops, gallery tours, and studio based creative process. Informed by the Elevate cohort, 8 We Are Studios core artists also developed new works responding to the theme through their studio practices.

The exhibition, curated, conceived and developed by artists with disability, features new works that explore and push the boundaries of liminality - a threshold of transition, change or transformation.

We Are Studios is a 100% disability-led, inclusive studio that empowers Western Sydney based artists with disability to reach their creative potential by providing space to thrive.
