Our Services:

  • Justice of the Peace Service
    Windsor: 
    Tuesday - Thursday, 10am - 12pm
    Richmond: Monday & Friday, 10am - 12pmOur volunteer JP can witness, notarise and certify your documents. Now available 5 days per week! No bookings required. Drop in Service.
  • Tech Help
    Windsor: Mondays, 11am - 12pm
    Get assistance with general tech issues including settings, app installations and more.  Bookings required.
  • Digital Mentoring (with the Digital Literacy Foundation)
    Windsor: second Wednesday of the month, 10am - 12pm
    Richmond: third Wednesday of the month, 10am - 12pm
    The Digital Literacy Foundation is offering FREE digital mentoring sessions for seniors in the Hawkesbury community. To book a free session, contact the Digital Literacy Foundation on (02) 9090 4141 or email hello@dlf.org.au.
  • Free Legal Clinic
    Windsor: first Wednesday of the month, 10am - 1pm 
    Western Sydney Community Legal Centre offers a free Legal Clinc at Hawkesbury Central Library. Get expert advice on civil, criminal, family and traffic law. Drop in service.

  • Third Tuesday Night Book Chat
    Windsor: third Tuesday of the month, 6:30pm - 8:30pm
    Looking to meet a group of like-minded book lovers? Come along and share in the joy of reading. New members welcome, contact the Library to learn more. Drop in program.
  • Book Chat
    Windsor: last Wednesday of  the month, 10:30am - 12pm
    Book Chat is a relaxed book club with no set book to read. Simply bring along a book that you would like to share with the group. New members always welcome. Drop in program.
  • Checkmate
    Windsor: Wednesdays, 10am - 12pm
    Play friendly games of chess with and enjoy morning tea in the Library. All skill levels welcome. Bookings encouraged.
  • Book Banter
    Windsor: first Thursday of the month, 6:30 - 8pm
    Book Banter is a laid-back book club designed for readers who want all the fun without the homework.  Just bring a book you’re loving (or recently finished) and share it with the group. Swap recommendations, discover new reads, and connect with fellow book lovers in a friendly, welcoming space. Bookings encouraged.
  • Knit with Friends
    Windsor: last Friday of the month, 10am - 12pm
    Enjoy a cuppa and a yarn with friends both old and new to knit blankets for those in need. Drop in program.
  • Hawkesbury Family History Group Meeting
    Windsor: 
    second Wednesday of every month,10 -11:30am
    Listen to different family and local history talks each month. Available in person and online (bookings required for online attendance).

Children's programs run during school term dates.

  • Rhymetime
    Windsor: Mondays, 10am - 10:45am
    Lots of fun with stories and songs for babies, toddlers and their siblinbgs. Suitable for 18mths - 3 years. Drop in program.
  • StorytimeWindsor:  Tuesdays, 11am -11:45am
    Richmond:
    Thursdays at 11am -11:45am
    Enjoy entertaining stories and craft activities for pre-schoolers. Suitable for 3 - 5 years. Drop in program.
  • Puppy-Dog Tales
    Windsor: Thursdays, 3:30pm - 4:30pm 
    Improve your child’s literacy skills with the support of a specialised reading dog. Suitable for Primary School ages. Bookings required.
