Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Updates for Hawkesbury Residents

To protect the people of NSW from the evolving COVID-19 outbreak, current stay-at-home orders are extended across all of Greater Sydney. At this time the both Libraries are closed, please check back for further updates. While you can use the 24 hour returns chutes to return items, due dates and reservation pickup dates have been extended to cater for the closure.

The Library presents a wide range of activities for the very young to seniors, including author talks and school holiday activities.

Due to the current Lockdown restrictions, the following programs have been temporarily suspended from from meeting in person:

  • Rhyme time, for 18 months – 3 year olds
  • Pre-school Storytime, for 3-5 year olds
  • Tech Help, Wednesday mornings
  • Book Chat - Night Time Book Club, third Tuesday of the month
  • Third Thursday Book Club, third Thursday of the month
  • Knit with Friends, last Friday of the month
  • Hawkesbury Family History Group meeting, second Wednesday of the month
  • Free movies, second Thursday of the month
  • JP Services
