Wesley Care Finder service support older people who need intensive assistace to aged care services, and who have no family or friends who can help.Wesley Care Finders can help older people understand what aged care services are available to them, conduct asessments and identify needs, and help them to access appropriate services.

The Care Finder service is free and is available twice a month at Central Library Windsor on the first Tuesday and the second Wednesday of each month.
