Tender No T00177 - Building Trades and Associated Services

Suitably qualified Building Trades and Associated Service providers are invited to submit their respective schedule of rates for the specified works for building and associated services in the fields of reactive, programmed and capital works jobs, to a wide range of council assets throughout the Hawkesbury LGA as outlined in the tender documents. Tender period is for an initial period of 5 years with an option of a further 2 years, tenders will be received up to 3pm on 2 May 2024.

Tenderers are invited to submit their respective schedule of rates for the specified works. Trades and Services include: -

1. Carpet Layer
2. Vinyl Layer
3. Wall and Floor Tiler
4. Timber Floor Layer
5. Cabinet Maker
6. Carpenter /Joinery and associated works
7. Weighbridge testing and certification
8. Shade Sail Install and Repairs
9. Playground Repairs
10. Asbestos Removal
11. Pressure Cleaning & Associated works

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday 9 April 2024 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at WSROC e-tendering website.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
