Mobility Plan
Council developed the Hawkesbury Mobility Plan in 2010.
The Hawkesbury Mobility Plan incorporates a Bike Plan and a Pedestrian Access and Mobility Plan focusing on the major town centres of Richmond, North Richmond and Windsor - including Bligh Park, South Windsor and Hobartville.
Windsor Mobility Map - an access guide to Windsor CBD
The Windsor Mobility Map (pdf 1.8MB) - an access guide to Windsor Central Business District shows the location and accessibility of major community facilities and services in the Windsor CBD. Facilities such as accessible parking spaces, public toilets, lifts, drop off points and ramps are identified on the map. A printed version is available at Council Offices.
This mobility and access map will be helpful to both residents and visitors, by making it easier to get around in the Windsor CBD.
