Council Meeting Dates
Members of the Public are entitled to attend Council Meetings. Restrictions may apply to the number of persons who can be present in the Council Chambers, to meet building safety or Public Health Requirements.
Members of the public are encouraged to watch the Live Streaming of Council Meetings.
Hawkesbury City Council Ordinary and Extraordinary Meetings commence at 6.30pm and conclude by 11pm.
Council meetings must be conducted in accordance with Council's Code of Meeting Practice which is based on the Model Code of Meeting Practice for Local Councils in NSW.
Persons wishing to address Council meetings must register as outlined on this website. Speakers will be limited to three speaking for and three speaking against each item. Each speaker will be allocated up to 5 minutes to address Council using the audio-visual link, and speakers can choose to answer any questions from Councillors.
