Environmental Policy
Hawkesbury City Council’s two discharge licences for the Mcgraths Hill and South Windsor Sewage Treatment Plants issued by the NSW EPA are now being issued on a Risk based management system. The Waste Management Branch of Infrastructure Services has developed an Environmental Management System Manual to cater for this change in licensing.
Therefore the Waste Management Branch is seeking AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015 accreditation for its Environmental Management System Manual. As part of this process and in accordance with the Standard the Environmental Policy statement must be made available to the public.
