Hawkesbury Fest Expression of Interest Community Groups Stallholders

This expression of interest application is for Hawkesbury Fest on Sunday 4 August. We are ideally looking for local Community Groups to be a part of this local Hawkesbury Event. We will only be accepting up to 20 community groups to be part of the Hawkesbury Fest event.

  • Public Liability Insurance policy is mandatory.
  • Stall sites are restricted in size to a maximum of 3m x 3m.
  • Submissions close Wednesday 29 May, by close of business.
  • Community groups are free to attend.
  • This is a expression of interest only, does not guarantee participation in an event.

Please keep in mind when applying for the application, the bump in for the event will be on Saturday 3 August  between 2pm to 5pm. Please note this is subject to change.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Submission of this EOI does not guarantee participation in an event.
  2. Submissions close Wednesday 29 May, by close of business.
  3. Public Liability Insurance policy is mandatory.
  4. Stall sites are restricted in size to a maximum of 3m x 3m.
  5. No stallholder fee for registered not-for-profit community organisations.
  6. A community group is defined as a group within the Hawkesbury that would like to promote their service at Hawkesbury Fest (if you would like to sell items please refer to market stall application).
  7. You must supply your own tables, chairs and shade covering. No equipment will be supplied by the organisers. (All Marquees must be properly weighed down and secure)
  8. I understand we have to be completely self-sufficient Hawkesbury City Council will not be providing equipment or power.
  9. I understand that bump in for the event will be between 12pm to 2pm on Saturday 3 August. Please note, this is subject to change.
  10. I understand that all rubbish will be taken away with me and our area cleaned when leaving the venue.
  11. We will be accepting up to 20 Community Group stalls for this event.
  12. Please note all documents are to sent to Council 3 weeks prior to the event date.
  13. Hawkesbury based businesses will be given preference for this event.
