The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period 16/01/2020 to 30/01/2020. All plans and details may be inspected between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor.

During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development application, quoting reference DA0516/19. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for the use of the site for intensive plant agriculture, decommissioning of three water storage facilities (dams), construction of a sediment pond, vegetation removal and restoration at the above property. The applicant is Stetco Pty Limited (ATF The Vella Family Trust). Hawkesbury City Council is the consent authority.

The proposed development is defined as integrated development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 because an approval under the Water Management Act 2000 is required. The approval body is the Natural Resource Access Regulator..

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period 16/01/2020 to 13/02/2020. All plans and details may be inspected between 8:30am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council's Administration Office, 366 George Street, Windsor.

LICENCE - COMMUNITY LAND

OASIS AQUATIC AND LEISURE CENTRE, CORNER OF CHURCH AND DRUMMOND STREETS, SOUTH WINDSOR

The Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre is located on Crown Land which comprises a Reserve under the Crown Land Management Act, 2016. Hawkesbury City Council is the Manager of the Reserve Trust known as “Church Street Reserve (R.86800) Reserve Trust".

In accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act, 1993, Hawkesbury City Council proposes to grant a management agreement, which includes a licence of the land, in respect of community land, as follows:

Property: Part of Church Street Reserve (R.86800), Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre, corner of Church and Drummond Street, South Windsor

Licence Term: 10 Years

Permitted Use: Management and operation of Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre

Licensee: Unknown at this stage. Currently, out to tender for the services required.
