TENDER FOR SEWER CATCHMENT REHABILITATION Tender No T00120

Tenders are invited for Sewer Catchment Rehabilitation and will be received up to 3pm on Wednesday, 28 July 2021.

Council is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced organisations or individuals to provide all works associated with the rehabilitation of specified sewer mains and maintenance structures of sewer catchment ‘D’ located in Windsor and with provisional items for the rehabilitation of specified sewer mains and maintenance structures in sewer catchments ‘L’ and ‘S’ located in Windsor Downs.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday, 29 June 2021 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at WSROC e-tendering website at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc/.

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.

Public Hearing - Woodbury Reserve – Community Land Re-categorisation

A Public Hearing will be held to formally re-categorise the community land comprising Woodbury Reserve, Glossodia to: Sportsground; Park; Natural Area Watercourse; Natural Area Bushland; and General Community Use.

Date: Monday, 12 July 2021

Time: 6pm to7pm

Venue: Glossodia Community Centre at 162 Golden Valley Way, Glossodia.
