Tenders are invited for the construction of three safety related projects at various locations and will be received up to 3pm on Wednesday, 8 June 2022.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from Tuesday, 17 May 2022 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at WSROC e-tendering website at https://tenders.nsw.gov.au/wsroc


Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.

INTEGRATED DEVELOPMENT PROPOSALS

Lot 1590 DP 1266750, 73 Yobarnie Avenue, North Richmond

Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for vegetation removal, earthworks, decommissioning and reinterpretation of a water storage facility, construction of roads, landscaping works and a staged Torrens title subdivision to create 375 residential lots, four open space lots and one super lot within the Redbank Estate at 73 Yobarnie Avenue, North Richmond. The Applicant is Mr A Flaherty of Redbank Communities and the Sydney Western City Planning Panel will act as the consent authority for the application.

The proposed development is defined as ‘integrated development’ under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 because approvals under the Heritage Act 1977, Rural Fires Act 1997 and Water Management Act 2000 are required. The approval authorities under these Acts are Heritage NSW, Rural Fire Service and Natural Resources Access Regulator.

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period Thursday, 19 May to Monday, 20 June 2022. Documentation and plans may be inspected between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor or on Council’s DA Tracking via the Council website at www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/plan-and-build/current-and-past-applications/da-tracking

During the exhibition period any person may make a submission in writing to Council in relation to the development application, quoting reference ‘DA0092/22’. Where a submission by way of objection is made, the grounds for objection are to be specified in the submission. Should you lodge a submission, your views will be taken into account as part of our assessment and a reply will be forwarded to you when the application is determined.

Please note that confidentiality is not available to objectors. The details of any submissions may be included in a Planning Panel report or forwarded to the Applicant where it may help to resolve issues raised. Information (including copies of submissions) may also be released in accordance with Council’s Policy for Access to Information.

Hawkesbury City Council has received a development application for Earthworks - Earthworks - Riverbank Stabilisation at the above property. The applicant is Jeffsann Excavations Pty Ltd. Hawkesbury City Council is the consent authority.

The proposed development is defined as integrated development under Section 4.46 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 because an approval under the Water Management Act 2000 is required. The approval body is the NSW Natural Resources Access Regulator.

The development application and supporting information will be on public exhibition for the period Thursday, 19/05/2022 to Monday, 20/06/2022. All plans and details may be inspected between 9:00am and 4:00pm Monday to Friday, at Council's Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor or on Council’s DA Tracking via the Council website at www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/plan-and-build/current-and-past-applications/da-tracking
