Flood grant support sessions

The NSW Government will hold grant support sessions next week for residents affected by the February and March 2022 and/or June and July 2022 storms and floods.

Service NSW’s specialised team of flood recovery grant assessors will be in the Hawkesbury to help residents progress or submit a new flood grant application.

Individuals, business owners and primary producers can book a session. Grant specialists and business concierges will be on hand to offer support and help with any questions.

Support sessions will be held at two locations on the dates below.

Windsor RSL, 36 Argyle St, South Windsor:

• Monday, 12 September from 10am to 7pm
• Tuesday, 13 September from 10am to 5pm

Wisemans Ferry, The Retreat, 5564 Old Northern Road, Wisemans Ferry:

• Thursday, 15 September from 9am to 5pm
• Friday, 16 September from 9am to 3pm

Please bring all relevant documents to submit your application, including:

• Proof of identity and where you lived before 22 February 2022 (for people impacted by the February and March 2022 storms and floods) or 27 June 2022 (for people impacted by the June and July 2022 storms and floods), such as a Driver’s Licence, Rates Notice (Council staff will be available to assist if needed) or Lease Agreement
• Photos of inside and outside of your damaged property (house, apartment, moveable dwelling, business)
• Statements showing decline in turnover (for business grant applications)
• If you’ve already applied for a grant and received an email from Service NSW requesting further information, make sure you bring those documents
• Check the exact documents needed for the grant or payment you're applying for. If you are not sure which documents you need, please call 13 77 88.
