New Online Waste Guide and Dashboard launched

Hawkesbury City Council has created a new online Waste Guide and Dashboard to help residents find out whether it is yellow or green bin week!

Council has launched the ‘Find Your Bin Collection Day’ Dashboard and Waste Guide on its website at https://data.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/pages/waste-dashboard

Hawkesbury residents can now search their address, find their bin collection day and see if it’s recycling or garden organics collection week through the Online Dashboard. The new search function will also enable Council staff to respond effectively and efficiently to enquiries and reports of a missed service.

The Waste Guide offers residents the ability to search for different items to know if they can be recycled or need to be disposed of and in which bin or location. It aims to help the Hawkesbury community to reduce contamination in the recycling and organics bins and allow residents to find answers easily. There is also an ‘Ask a Waste Expert form’.
