Phone System

Council has been experiencing intermittent issues with the Call Centre and we apologise to customers that have been impacted.

We understand that calls have been dropping out mid-call and some calls have not been making it to our Call Centre.

Council is continuing to work with our service provider to resolve the issues as quickly as possible.

If you have been trying to contact Council by phone and have experienced issues,  there are other ways to get in touch with Council.

You can:

  1. Log your request via our online forms on the Council website - https://www.hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au/online-and-reporting-services
  2. Email your enquiry to Council@hawkesbury.nsw.gov.au
  3. Visit the Council Chambers at 366 George Street, Windsor.
