Notice under Section 4.59 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, the following Development Consents, Complying Development Certificates, Section 4.55 Modifications and Section 8.2 Reviews were determined by Council.

• DA0327/22 37 Dorothy Street, Freemans Reach Dwelling house – Alterations and additions – Approved.
• DA0356/22 7 Orchard Way, Pitt Town Structure Ancillary To Dwelling – Swimming pool – Approved.
• S960040/22 89 George Street, Windsor Modification to Development Consent No. DA0296/18 – Revised external signage extension of Level 3 for use of bar/restaurant, removal of restriction of live music and design amendments –
  Section 4.55 Amendment – Pub – Modifications to the consent for alterations and additions to the pub – Approved.
