Tender No T00223 - Woodbury Reserve Upgrade - Landscape and Sporting Facilities

Tenders are invited for the Woodbury Reserve upgrade - Landscape and Sporting Facilities and will be received up to 3pm on 23 July 2025

Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Construction Companies, organisations or individuals to provide Construct and upgrade Woodbury Reserve – Landscape, Sports Field and new Amenities Building in accordance with the terms and conditions of this RFT.

Tender documents are available at Council’s Administration Building at 366 George Street, Windsor from 30 May 2025 for a non-refundable fee of $100 (incl. GST) or available free at buy NSW e-tendering website.

Please note there is a Non-Compulsory Site inspection (or Pre- Tender meeting) to be held on 10 July 2025 at 11am at Woodbury Reserve Glossodia

Tenders may only be submitted by the means described in the tender documents and must be received by the closing time. Late tenders will not be accepted.

The canvassing of Councillors will automatically disqualify the applicant from the tender process.
