
Bravehearts' White Balloon Day

Dedicated to preventing child sexual assault and exploitation, Bravehearts' White Balloon Day will be held on Friday, 10 September 2021 during National Child Protection Week.
The Mayor of Hawkesbury, Councillor Patrick Conolly is encouraging community members to support White Balloon Day.
“We all have to work together to protect children and young people,” Mayor Conolly said.
“We need to raise awareness about how to prevent child sexual assault and exploitation and keep kids safe.
“Every child has the right to feel safe and every adult has the responsibility to do what they can to ensure their safety,” he said.
“I encourage our community to support Bravehearts’ White Balloon Day on Friday 10 September.”
