Draft Voluntary Planning Agreements – Public Exhibition

Hawkesbury City Council is currently exhibiting three Draft Voluntary Planning Agreements that will apply to rural residential lots in Kurmond.

The Draft Voluntary Planning Agreements, Explanatory Notes and other supporting documentation are on public exhibition until Monday, 17 January 2022.

The agreements propose the subdivision of three rural properties, and the payment of a development contribution to Council by the property developer. These contributions allow Council to develop and improve nearby infrastructure to support local residents.
