Free Storytime fun @ your library
22 February 2021
Many of the popular Hawkesbury Library Service programs have returned in 2021, including Pre-School Storytime. This free activity is perfect for children aged 3 to 5 years with themed stories and fun craft activities. The aim of these sessions is for children to be entertained while helping to develop their listening and interactive skills.
Pre-School Storytime takes place at Hawkesbury Central Library, Windsor every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am during the school term. Bookings are not required; you can just turn up.
Other children’s activities are planned to return soon, depending on COVID restrictions. Keep an eye on our Facebook page or contact the Library for more details.
If you are unable to make it to the Library try some of our online resources. Story Box Library www.storyboxlibrary.com.au is a must see for anyone who loves children’s literature. Have your Hawkesbury Library membership handy to access hundreds of favourite stories read by Australian celebrities. There’s something for everyone to enjoy including craft and activities related to most of the stories.
Hawkesbury Library Service has a COVID-Safe plan in place. Participant numbers will be restricted, and social distancing requirements will be observed. Hand sanitiser and hand washing facilities will also be available. If you are feeling unwell, please do not attend.
Storytime is held at Hawkesbury Central Library, 300 George Street Windsor.
