Public Hearing for Colbee Park and Fernadell Park

A Public Hearing will be held at McGraths Hill Community Centre on Monday, 21 June 2021 to formally re-categorise community land to Sportsground, Park, Natural Area Watercourse, Natural Area Bushland, and General Community Use for two parks: Colbee Park, Old Hawkesbury Road, McGraths Hill and Fernadell Park, Fernadell Drive, Pitt Town.

Public Hearing venue:             McGraths Hill Community Centre at 1 Phillip Place, McGraths Hill

Public Hearing date:                 Monday, 21 June 2021

Colbee Park timeslot:               7pm to 8pm

Fernadell Park timeslot:           8pm to 9pm

Formal verbal or written submissions may be made to the Independent Chairperson at the Public Hearing on Monday, 21 June or by 5pm on Thursday, 24 June via sandy@parklandplanners.com.au

These changes are proposed to allow the future improvement of these parks with new public sporting and recreation facilities.
