An Egg-citing Egg-sperience in our Town Centres

Something to look forward to this Easter – free Easter celebrations at Richmond, Windsor and South Windsor during the school holidays. A schedule of events, starting on Saturday, 3 April, is available on Council’s website and Hawkesbury Events Facebook page.

Fun Easter activities will include:

• chalk art – an Easter egg hunt throughout the town centres
• roving magician
• live music from local artists
• Easter egg colouring in competition
• Easter egg guessing competitions run by local businesses
• roving entertainment including a visit from the Easter Bunny
• pop up activities from Council’s Cultural Services –

Hawkesbury Library Services, Hawkesbury Regional Gallery and Hawkesbury Regional Museum.

Council has received a $10,000 plus GST grant from the NSW Government’s Festival of Place Summer Fund for the special Easter celebrations. This is a funding initiative from the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and the Environment.
