Planning proposal on exhibition – 3 New Street, Windsor

A planning proposal affecting 3 New Street, Windsor, LEP003/22 is on public exhibition until Wednesday, 29 March 2023. The objective of the planning proposal is to list 3 New Street (Dalori) Lot 450 DP 1038364, Windsor as an item of local environmental heritage.

The planning proposal aims to achieve this intended outcome by amending Hawkesbury Local Environmental Plan 2012, Schedule 4 Environmental Heritage, Part 1 – Heritage Items to include 3 New Street, Windsor.

The planning proposal can be viewed at www.yourhawkesbury-yoursay.com.au or from 9am to 4pm Monday to Friday at Council’s Administration Building, 366 George Street, Windsor.
